The Rachael Doherty Foundation (RDF) was established in 2012 in memory of Rachael, who bravely fought Hodgkins Lymphoma for a period of 8 years before losing her battle in July 2011.

The Rachael Doherty Foundation advocates for the establishment of a clinical network for new generation drug trials and cancer research.
The foundation recognises that this clinical network will require the collaboration of one or more Cancer Centres of Excellence throughout Australia. RDF is actively promoting the establishment of a clinical network to allow Western Australian patients and  families to participate in cancer drug treatment and new generation drug trials, thus reducing interstate travel.

The Rachael Doherty Foundation is proudly associated with the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research and the wonderful work they are doing towards making new and effective treatments for families fighting these terrible diseases.
